D Way travel
is a family run business established by David Thompson in 1987.
Starting with one coach the business has grown into a versatile
fleet.
We have 6, 14, 25, 48, 51, 53 and 56 seater coaches which fully comply with the new Low exhaust Emission Zone standards as applicable to London and Several continental regions as well as the proposed restrictions coming to other U.K cities.
This enables us to offer a flexible solution to your
travel requirements - No job is too big or too small.
This flexibility
is recognised and sought after by large companies such as National
Express to carry out short notice contract work. Whilst some of
this work is scheduled, often a midnight call means the rapid
dispatch of one or more of our team to a far-flung corner of the
UK or even Europe at very short notice.
We offer
a high standard of service, with good quality coaches maintained
to the highest level. We pride ourselves on being able to give
personal professional treatment to the smallest and largest of
our customers with equal measure.
Jobs
and Training
As
an expanding business we welcome enquiries from drivers whether
for full or part time work but only dedicated well skilled applicants
are accepted except for a small proportion of suitable persons
willing to undertake further training in order to progress. We
also continue to train new entrants to the business as drivers,
as part of an ongoing programme to assist those with the ability
and dedication to achieve their aims and become our drivers of
tomorrow.
Family man
David is proud of his daughter Carol's achievements. In addition
to helping him out with office duties, Carol has launched her
own business and is drawing animal portraits which make wonderful gifts to animal lovers. For more information click here
